ICM discussion forum

ICM is still being improved and the Board is keen to receive feedback or suggestions from all stakeholders on further developments to the process.  Many suggestions and observations have been raised at the various stakeholder events and these have all been very useful.

In order to maintain a continuing dialogue with stakeholders, the Board encourages constructive feedback, in both terms of areas that are working well and those that require improvement.  The Board is also keen to hear about how stakeholders have overcome problems, or where they believe further enhancements could facilitate a smoother process.

These suggestions/recommendations could be minor adjustments or quite radical lateral thinking!  All will be considered.

Where there are particular points relating to one type of stakeholder e.g. prison service staff or legal representatives, the Board will circulate comments to other contacts within the same stakeholder group to canvass opinions and solutions.  Where any point is about ICM in general then all stakeholder groups will be contacted.
